University issues detailed highlights of CUPE 3903 proposals

In a new Negotiations Update, York University has reiterated its call for binding arbitration with CUPE Local 3903, saying that the positions of the two sides "are very far apart". The University also provides detailed highlights of the union’s proposals.

CUPE Local 3903, which represents teaching assistants, contract faculty and graduate assistants at York University, has been on strike since Nov. 6.
