Now that spring is on the way, it’s time to get active at the Tait McKenzie Centre during free Demo Week.
Get active without even opening your wallet.
Feel like dancing or swimming? In the mood for some yoga or tai chi?
Recreation York is offering an opportunity for everyone to try a host of activities during York’s free Demo Week, until March 15.
A wide range of classes will be offered at no cost during this special week. Whether it’s martial arts, tennis, aqua-fit or yoga, it’s all free for one week.
Activities of note for this week include Bosu ball duo, boot camp, Zumba and golf.
As a special bonus for this week’s Demo Week, for a $5 registration fee you can participate in March Madness. This is a yearly competition where your participation will earn you points towards the coveted Fitness Nut Award.
Drop in to the Tait McKenzie Centre at York’s Keele campus to sample any of the classes listed below.
