Graduates can avoid lineups on the day of their convocation by printing their guest tickets at the My Convocation Web site in advance of their ceremony. Graduates should note that the window to print their tickets goes offline as of midnight on Sunday, June 21.
Students who are graduating must complete the following steps:
1. Confirm their attendance at convocation.
2. Print their guest tickets and distribute them to their guests, who will have to present them to gain entry to the ceremony.
3. Print their robe rental confirmation. Note that the robe rental confirmation is the student’s ticket to convocation. Students must have their robe rental confirmation with them on the day of their ceremony.
Additional tickets will be available at the Box Office at the Rexall Centre two hours prior to each ceremony. These "rush" tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shuttle services will be available following the ceremony to transport students and their families to other areas around the Keele campus. Click here to view the shuttle schedule.
York University’s Keele campus convocation ceremonies are in the Centre of Excellence in the Rexall Centre this year.
