The John Sopinka Courthouse has to prepare for the largest human trafficking case in Canadian history – and it’s going to cost big dollars, wrote the Hamilton Spectator Jan. 27.
“It’s millions and millions and millions of taxpayer dollars,” said James Stribopoulos, a criminal law professor at York’s Osgoode Hall Law School. “That is the price of justice. Unfortunately, it’s not negotiable.”
