York’s Centre for Human Rights is inviting submissions for the fourth annual Inclusion Day conference – Creating for Inclusion – taking place Jan. 31, 2013.
Submissions should focus on using creative ways, mediums and expressions to improve inclusion in any of the following areas:
- Race and racialization
- Gender expression and expectations
- (dis)Abilities
- Sexual orientation
- Religion
- Intersectional identities
Breakout sessions will engage attendees on a variety of inclusivity and social justice topics through creative means under the 2013 theme Creating for Inclusion.
Proposals must be submitted by e-mail to nythalah@yorku.ca as a .doc, .rtf or .pdf attachment no later than Thursday Nov. 29.
