Green tip of the week: Take the shuttle

York ShuttleStudents, faculty and staff who travel regularly between York’s Keele and Glendon campuses, should  think about leaving their cars behind and making the trip using the York University Shuttle Service.

The shuttle operates Monday through Friday and makes more than one dozen return trips between Vari Hall and York Hall each weekday. York also operates shuttles to the Village at York University and the York University GO Station.

For more information, including schedules for each route, please visit the Shuttle Services page. The York University Shuttle is operated by Transportation Services, a department of Campus Services & Business Operations.

Did you know?

According to a Smart Commute survey conducted in March 2012, more than 75 per cent of York University commuters use alternative transportation such as public transit, carpools, cycling or walking to commute to York. That is more than double the Greater Toronto Area average of 36 per cent*.
