“We’ve only been around for a few months, and we are already winning national awards here at Lassonde. This is a tremendous start and makes us all very proud to be Lassondians,” said Lassonde Dean Janusz Kozinski.

The EduStyle Higher-ed Web Awards celebrate the best work in college and university websites. This year marked the first Canadian regional awards. The Lassonde website won awards in the following categories: Best Visual Design; Best School, Department or Faculty Website; and Best Mobile or Responsive Site. Fifteen categories recognized the most innovative and exciting developments in key areas of Canadian higher education web development.

The school is competing in the Best Visual Design, Best School, Department or Faculty Site and Best Mobile or Responsive Site categories in the North American competition.

Voting for the people’s choice awards is open until Sept. 2. Winners will be announced Sept.9. Visit the EduStyle website to vote.
