Electrical service interruptions on Keele campus May 5

To accommodate Toronto Hydro electrical grid modifications, the following buildings will be switched to the Steeles supply and will experience a power interruption of approximately three minutes between 6:30 and 7:30am on Monday, May 5:

  • Steacie Science & Engineering Library;
  • Student Centre;
  • Arboretum Lane Parking Garage; and
  • William Small Centre.

The following buildings will experience a three-minute power interruption between 7:30 and 8:30am on Monday, May 5:

  • Founders College;
  • Founders Residence;
  • Winters College;
  • Winters Residence;
  • Stong College;
  • Stong Kitchen;
  • Stong Residence;
  • Kinsmen Building;
  • Scott Library;
  • Computer Methods;
  • Calumet College;
  • Calumet Residence;
  • McLaughlin College;
  • Tatham Hall Residence;
  • Ross Building;
  • Ross Central Square;
  • Curtis Lecture Hall;
  • Osgoode Hall Law School;
  • Hart/Hoover Houses;
  • 320 Assiniboine Road;
  • Central Utilities Building;
  • 190 Albany Road;
  • Physical Resources Building;
  • Norman Bethune College; and
  • Norman Bethune Residence.

During these interruptions, the campus steam and chilled water supply will be delivered at a reduced capacity.
