Due to necessary work related to the Pan Am Stadium construction, the west entrance to the Lumbers Building will be closed until Monday, Sept. 8.
How will this impact the York community?
- Pedestrians will be required to use the alternate entrance between the Lumbers Building and Farquharson Life Sciences Building.
- In the event of an emergency, the south set of doors at this entrance will remain open and a path will be provided to accommodate egress to the south side of the building.
- Access to other buildings in the area will not be impacted by this closure.
When travelling throughout the construction zone, watch for and obey all traffic signs and or traffic control personnel for your safety and convenience.
