A new traffic light will be activated on Ian Macdonald Boulevard between the Toronto Track & Field Centre and the site for the CIBC Pan Am / Parapan Am Athletics Stadium on Friday, Sept. 26.
How will this impact the York community?
- It will provide a safer crossing for pedestrians on Ian Macdonald Boulevard. The light will remain green for vehicles until the pedestrian crossing button is pushed.
- Vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians are required to obey all traffic signs.
