Due to necessary walkway surface repairs, there will be pedestrian walkway and lane restrictions on The Pond Road, between Sentinel Road and Nelson Road, from Tuesday, June 23, to Friday, June 26.
How will this impact the York community?
- Access to the walkway on the north side of The Pond Road will be limited during this period.
- Due to the nature of the work, lane restrictions in this part of The Pond Road will be necessary, which will lead to minor delays.
The contractor performing the work will be available during working hours to assist in directing pedestrians and vehicle traffic safely around the area. When travelling in the vicinity, please watch for and obey all traffic signs and/or traffic control personnel for your safety and convenience.
