A lineup of talented performers from the Schulich School of Business will come together on Nov. 25 to present SchulichPalooza, an event that supports the York Cares United Way Campaign.
Running from 11:30am to 2pm in the Robert McEwan Auditorium, the inaugural SchulichPalooza will feature the talents of Schulich faculty, staff and students.
Headlining the program are accomplished pianist Professor Markus Giesler accompanied by vocalist Kayla Irwin, and The Joe & Steve Band, featuring instructors Joe Fayt and Stephen Friedman.
Showcasing Schulich’s staff participation is Tom Elmer accompanied by ScIrish, a Celtic band playing “a happy mix of Scottish, Irish and East Coast music.”
The MBA and BBA talent pool is very impressive, and some of these performers have released more than one CD.
Tickets for the performance are on sale now, and can be purchased at the CIBC Market Café or Tuchner’s. Admission is $5 and includes pizza, which guests can enjoy during the show.
