Inspire North event empowers students to pursue dreams

Inspire North is hosting a free speaker series on Wednesday, March 23 at York University, where students will have direct access to distinguished leaders who have achieved success in their chosen profession.

Admission is free and open to all York University students; however, seats are limited and registration through Eventbrite will secure your seat.

This year’s speaker lineup includes Lauren O’Neil, CBC journalist; John Kapelos, actor (The Breakfast Club, Forever Knight); and Michael La Fave, editorial and creative director/co-founder, Contempo Media Inc.

There will be a business-casual dress code in effect, and food and refreshments will be provided. The event runs in Founders Assembly Hall from 5:30 to 8:30pm with registration beginning at 5pm.
