Osgoode Hall Law School’s Constitutional Cases Conference is the leading constitutional law conference in Canada. Now in its 19th successful year, it is the annual gathering of the “who’s who” of constitutional law in Canada.
Bringing together the most respected constitutional scholars, practitioners and experts for an insightful and practical analysis of the Supreme Court of Canada’s significant constitutional judgments of the past year, this conference offers a unique opportunity to get thoroughly up to date on the developments that will resonate through all levels of Canadian courts.
The conference takes place on Friday, April 8 from 9am to 5pm in 1005 Ignat Kaneff Building, Osgoode Hall Law School.
Justice Richard Wagner, Supreme Court of Canada, will deliver the keynote address at 1:30pm. It will be chaired by by Benjamin Berger, professor, Osgoode Hall Law School.
