Launched 21 years ago, art@suite500 is joint venture between the Schulich School of Business and the Graduate Program in Visual Arts, School of the Arts, Media, Performance and Design (AMPD), and affords students in visual arts the opportunity to participate in an exhibition in a prime downtown location.
Submitted works are selected each year by a jury, and remain exhibited for one year. The result is both a rotating and a permanent collection of art in a variety of mediums by graduates of the visual arts program. Each year, the jury also selects a Purchase Prize winner.
A reception in honor of this year’s exhibitors will be held May 19 from 5 to 7pm at Schulich’s Downtown Nadal Management Centre, 5th Floor, 222 Bay Street (Bay and King). The winner of the Purchase Prize will be announced at this event.
