One-day interdisciplinary research symposium to explore human health

York University will hold a one-day interdisciplinary research symposium dedicated to human health on Tuesday, Feb. 28. The “Healthy Matters” Symposium will take place in the Founders Assembly Hall, 152 Founders College, Keele campus from 9am to 4pm.

The event is sponsored by the Office of the Vice-President Research & Innovation. The symposium is open to the public and all are welcome.

Healthy Matters continues a series of events that began last semester, as with previous interdisciplinary symposiums, organizers have brought together a diverse group of researchers with common interest in the area of human health.

Each speaker presenting at Health Matters will offer a 15-minute presentation that will be followed by a Q&A. A full program is available at http://bit.ly/2m0ipzU.
