In order to perform necessary improvements related to the watermain installation for the New Student Centre, there will be a water shutdown of the immediate area north of the site on Saturday July 29, from 7am to 5pm.
The following buildings, which have are connected to this watermain will be affected by the shutdown:
- Goldfarb Centre for Fine Arts
- Ross Building
- Vari Hall
The Ross building and Vari Hall will have no functioning water service during this period. Alternate washrooms can be found in the Student Centre, Accolade West and Central Square. The Ross building emergency generator may be affected by this shutdown.
