York University’s spring convocation ceremonies on the Keele Campus will occur on Friday, June 15 and on Monday, June 18 through to Friday, June 22. During this time, the following parking arrangements will be in place:
Convocation guest parking will be provided in the Founders East parking lot. Convocation guests who require accessible parking will be accommodated in the Shoreham Drive parking lot.
Shoreham Drive parking lot
- Short-term/daily paid parking will not be available in the Shoreham Drive parking lot during these dates. Alternate paid parking will be available in the Thompson Road parking lot.
- Shoreham Drive lot permit holders will not be relocated but must display their permit hang tag to facilitate access to the parking lot and ensure that they do not park in accessibility designated areas set aside for convocation guests.
Founders East Visitor parking lot
- A limited amount of short-term/daily paid parking will remain available in the Founders East Visitor lot. Alternate paid parking will be available in the Thompson Road parking lot.
Founders East Reserved parking lot
- Founders East Reserved permit holders will not be relocated but must display their permit hang tag to facilitate access to the parking lot.
Due to the additional traffic on campus around the ceremony times, community members should expect and plan for traffic delays.
