Flags flying at half-mast to commemorate those who have lost their lives to COVID-19

The flags on the University’s Keele and Glendon campuses will be flying at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, March 11, in recognition of the National Day of Observance to commemorate those who have lost their lives to COVID-19.

On this National Day of Observance, York University joins the rest of Canada in honouring those lost to the pandemic, paying tribute to those who continue to make sacrifices in the fight against the virus, and acknowledging the many ways we have all been affected this year.
