As reported earlier in YFile, the publication is undergoing a major redesign project to refresh and enhance YFile’s website and newsletter. As part of the refresh, the YFile team considered a new name to capture and reflect the personality, voice and spirit of today’s York University.
YFile readers were invited to participate in a survey on whether the publication should change its name, and what the name should be. The two-week survey closed April 30, and results indicate that readers are loyal to the YFile name.
