As part of ongoing efforts to improve the student experience in the York University Libraries’ spaces, York Facilities is proceeding with the refurbishment of the elevator in Scott Library. Work is underway and is expected to conclude on Feb. 3, 2023.
This project will ensure years more of functional life for the Scott Library elevator and will mean the upper floors continue to remain accessible to library patrons and employees. While the elevator is out of service, the escalators and stairs are available, however some University community members may experience a level of disruption.
