The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) has recently rebranded from the LifeWorks platform to TELUS Health. The brand change does not impact the services offered for York University employees (staff and faculty).

Employees who currently use EFAP will continue to have access to all the features, tools and services. There is no change to any functionality, including login method and password.

EFAP is a confidential and voluntary support service to help all York University employees with issues related to personal life and other concerns. If the challenge is interpersonal, such as child/elder care, seeking support for a personal medical condition, or adjusting to job or personal responsibilities, EFAP can be a helpful service to address these challenges through a full range of support services.

All staff, faculty and their immediate family members (dependents) can call EFAP toll-free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for immediate, confidential help. There is also an online portal with 24-7 access and resources on many topics.
