York University community members are invited to nominate individuals for the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of outstanding contributions to their communities in the areas of: service, the environment and sustainability, and the nation’s diversity. York University faculty, staff and students are eligible for nomination.
As York University is limited to putting forward five nominees, the Office of the Vice-President Research & Innovation (VPRI) will co-ordinate an internal selection process.
Submissions must be made by Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. via the online nomination form.
Each submission requires a document with the following (see form linked above for details):
- Summary of the contributions (250 words);
- Theme(s) of contributions and achievements;
- Impact (250 words);
- Leadership (250 words); and
- One of: Integrity, Professionalism or Pride (250 words).
