Police investigate reported sexual assault in a public space on Sunday afternoon

The Toronto Police Service is investigating a report of sexual assault which occurred on Sunday, March 16, at approximately 2:20pm at the north side of the Harry W. Arthurs Common on the Keele campus.

At that time, a female reported being assaulted by an unknown male assailant in a public space with numerous people in the vicinity.

The Toronto Police Service describes the suspect as follows:

  • male
  • darker complexion
  • approximately 50 years old
  • 5’9"-5’10"
  • thin build
  • was last seen wearing: a black baseball cap and a black "bomber style" jacket.
