University repeats offer of binding arbitration in latest CUPE 3903 update

The two sides have also agreed to extend the legal strike/lockout date. The union will be in a legal strike position as of 12:01am on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008. (Previously, the date was Sunday, Nov. 2.)
