Explore these paths to wellness next week

There are many roads to good health, and learning how to manage stress is one of them. That’s why the Wellness Centre is offering Wellness Week from May 5 to 9. Primrose Lewis-Clarke, Employee Well-Being Officer, Human Resources Services & Organizational Development, submitted this rundown on the events and instructors:

There will be five days of lectures and demonstrations on yoga, massage, meditation, acupressure and other ways to stay fit and reduce stress at work. Everyone is welcome to attend the lunch-hour and after-work events at Vanier College and other venues listed below.

Raffles will be held at every event with prizes such as gift certificates for chiropractic, massage and traditional Chinese medicine.
