During York’s spring convocation June 13-21, the York Commons will be closed to all traffic, including buses, at the following times:
- Friday, June 13 – 9am-5pm (approx)
- Saturday, June 14 – 9:30am-5pm (approx)
- Monday, June 16 – 1:30pm-4pm (approx)
- Tuesday, June 17 – 1:30pm-9pm (approx)
- Wednesday, June 18 – 1:30pm-9pm (approx)
- Friday, June 20 – 9am-12pm (approx)
Regular stops will resume after the ceremonies.
Transit stops are as follows:
TTC – Route 35E, Route 41, Route 60, Route 196, afternoon only: North on Ian Macdonald at stop sign at Chimneystack Rd.
TTC – Route106 (local): South on Ian Macdonald Blvd. south of Fine Arts Rd. (near Seneca College)
TTC – ROUTE 196 (express, morning: South on Ian Macdonald Blvd. south of Fine Arts Rd. (near Seneca College)
GO TRANSIT – Eastbound & Westbound: On the north side of York Blvd (westbound lane) across from the Honour Court/Information Centre.
York Region GO Transit – Routes 3 & 10: On the north side of Chimneystack Rd. east of the stop sign at Ian Macdonald Blvd.
Glendon-Keele Shuttle & GO Train Shuttle: On the north side of Vanier Lanes (before entrance to the York Lanes Parking Structure)
