The Office of Research Administration (ORA) has recently received information from the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute regarding a Canadian Studies Visiting Lectureship in India. OBJECTIVE: To support established and emerging Canadian studies scholars to lecture in India during the 2003/04 academic year. The topics for this competiton are: (1) Sociology and Public Policy in Canada); and (2) Women’s Studies in Canada.
VALUE: Honorarium (unspecified), international air travel, domestic travel and living expenses.
DURATION: Three weeks in January or February 2004.
DEADLINE: January 10 to ORA; January 24 to Shastri.
