At approximately 8pm on Tuesday, Oct. 19 a female student sitting on a bench in the basement of the TEL Building was approached by three male suspects. She was pushed and her white BlackBerry cellphone was taken. The suspects fled on foot.
The Toronto Police Service is investigating the incident.
The first suspect is described as a black male, tall with a slim build. He was wearing a black jacket and a blue hat with the letter "C" on the front.
The second suspect is described as a black male, tall with a slim build, and was wearing a red baseball cap and a black jacket with a white T-shirt underneath.
The third suspect is described as a black male of medium build. He was wearing a black hat with a grey/white brim (and possibly with a Blue Jays logo), white running shoes and a black sports jacket with "Old Navy" in yellow lettering.
