On Monday, March 14, five speakers who found successful employment outside of traditional academic streams after completing PhDs in the humanities will talk about their experiences. The session will explore the following questions: How do we understand the relevance of skills gained through doctoral research and teaching to fields outside the University? How can we think broadly about our job qualifications and career potential after the PhD?
This event is sponsored by Faculty of Graduate Studies and is open to the campus community. Doctoral students in the humanities are especially encouraged to attend.
