Need to fit in a little exercise? The Glendon Athletic Club (GAC) at York’s Glendon campus (Bayview & Lawrence avenues) is a 55,000-square-foot, full use athletic club geared to meeting fitness, sport and recreation needs.
The GAC at the Proctor Field House, Glendon campus, has a pool, boxing and spinning studios, a gymnasium for basketball, etc., group exercise classes, a weight and cardio room, squash courts and tennis courts.
Membership is open to York students, alumni, faculty, staff, as well as community members.
