Due to the installation of the new 750 kW emergency generator at the Scott Library, a 200-amp breaker needs to be installed in the existing transformer room, which will result in a temporary electrical shutdown in the Scott Library on Sunday, Aug. 16, from 6:30 to 9:30am.
The work will be performed in the Scott Library’s main electrical room.
The following buildings will be monitored in the event of power disruptions:
- Curtis Lecture Halls
- York Lanes
- Stedman Lecture Halls
- Founders College
- Founders Residence
- Behavioural Science Building
- Vanier College
- Vanier Residence
- McLaughlin College
- Tatham Hall
- Winters College
- Winters Residence
