The Presidential Search Committee held its second meeting on March 1.
Committee members reviewed and discussed the search process and schedule. In particular, the committee’s discussion focused on the process of consulting with the York University community to seek input that will inform the development of the position profile. Committee members are interested to hear the perspectives of the York University community and will be arranging meetings and listening sessions to be held in March, April, and May.
In addition, a series of questions will be shared widely and those who prefer to prepare a written submission may do so via email. All feedback from the community will be reviewed and considered by the committee; written submissions will be presented to the committee without individual attribution.
Further information on the consultation process will be posted and distributed shortly.
