Professor Hassan Qudrat-Ullah, School of Administrative Studies in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies at York University, visited the Department of Management Sciences, Hazara University, Mansehra, Pakistan under Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, President’s Program for Care of Highly Qualified Overseas Pakistanis.
Qudrat-Ullah joined Hazara University on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, for a one-week visit.
The primary purpose of inviting Qudrat-Ullah to Hazara University was to take action towards the intellectual development of faculty and researchers. To achieve this goal Qudrat-Ullah participated in group and one-to-one sessions, which focused on the contemporary teaching and philosophies of contemporary management research.
Qudrat-Ullah met with university officials, including Hazara University’s Vice-Chancellor Muhammad Idrees, and its registrar. Over the course of his visit, Qudrat-Ullah delivered lectures and workshops on research and teaching methodologies, curriculum development, systems thinking for management and doctoral studies.
