Creative problem-solving is an essential key to success at university and work, and a life-enhancing skill. The ability to solve problems creatively is typically what makes all the difference between getting an A or getting a B in university. In this talk and discussion, Prof. John Dwyer (left) offers tips and strategies for developing the 
creative potential that lies buried in every student.
Dwyer is a sociology professor at York and author of several academic and non-academic books, including the recently published Flourishing in University and Beyond, co-authored with York political scientist Thomas Klassen and available at the York University Bookstore.
His talk, titled “Creative Problem-Solving While at University and Your Future Success”, takes place today in Winters College Senior Common Room 4-5pm.
