The subway to York University moved one step closer to reality on Friday with the release of the Spadina Subway Extension Environmental Assessment (EA) report to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment for review and approval.
Prepared from material collected through an extensive series of public open houses, town hall meetings, forums and online submissions, the report was prepared in accordance with the Terms of Reference approved by the Minister of the Environment on Sept. 13, 2004.
