Campus alert: composite sketch issued by Toronto police in assault case

On Saturday, Nov. 18, at approximately 6:30pm, an 18-year-old woman was attacked from behind while walking near homes in the Murray Ross Parkway and Sentinel Road area south of York University’s Keele campus. The suspect approached the victim from behind, and at gunpoint sexually assaulted the victim.


The Toronto Police Service has issued a suspect description and composite sketch.

The suspect is described as:


  • Male
  • Black
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • 6 feet tall
  • Medium build
  • Bald or shaved head
  • Wearing a red shirt and
         black ball cap
  • Armed with a silver handgun.

    Toronto police are investigating a similar attack which occurred on Monday, Nov. 27, at 9pm in the same area.
