There are a number of new winter activities debuting this week. Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that help you dance away your worries while getting fit. Krav Maga is an eclectic self-defense and military hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel. Russian Systema is a Russian martial art designed to be highly adaptive and practical.
