Do you have a story to share with the York community? YFile welcomes story ideas that showcase the University's research, teaching and learning innovations, community partnerships, people and more.

Things to consider:

  • Why will your story be of interest to the York community?
  • What's the news hook?
  • Does your story align with the University's strategic priorities?
  • What makes the story compelling or unique?

Events: YFile does not publish stories to promote or recap events. Learn more about YFile's content criteria here.
Note: York University events should be added to the institutional events calender by clicking "Add an event." Once an event is submitted, community members are welcome to make a request to have the event highlighted in the YFile newsletter.
