A Teacher's Guide
- Up to four human players will represent slaves who used cunning, guile and desperation to escape the lifestyles they were raised in. In the final leg of their most desperate journey the four players will have to escape dangerous slave hunters and blood thirsty slave dogs
- This representation of the “Underground Railroad Game” from Harriet’s Daughter will take place in downtown Toronto. Each turn players will decide whether to try to move to a new location, perhaps trade information with their fellow slaves, or use the information they’ve gathered to get a local slave pass. The first player with three passes to reach Freedom is the winner
- The players will have to work around each other and around Slave Hunter Tokens and Slave Hunter Dog Tokens which move unpredictably each turn
