About the Compendium and Book The Compendium of Ethics Codes and the book Ethics Codes, Corporations and the Challenge of Globalization were produced as part of a five-year project funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council led by Dr. Wesley Cragg, Director of Business Ethics Programs and Senior Scholar at tje Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada. The research project was a response to the phenomenon of globalization which has altered in significant ways the tools available to regulate international commerce. One result of globalization has been the emergence of international codes, norms, principles, guidelines and standards of ethical and responsible business conduct. In compiling the Compendium of Ethics Codes, our goal has been to identify and assemble the most significant and influential codes and other instruments of corporate responsibility. You can view the compendium by downloading the PDF or by browsing the web site links to the codes in the section on "Compendium Links" at the left. We hope this compendium can serve as a valuable reference document for those interested in the rapidly evolving landscape of ethics codes, corporate self regulation and voluntary codes of conduct.
