Episode synopsis:

“Love Bites Dog”-Season 4- Episode 74

On their afternoon walk Eddy ruins Martin's favourite shoes when he goes trudging through puddles. Daphne tries to dry his shoes in the microwave and ends up burning them.
Fraiser wears a new suit in attempts to impress Roz's friend on a blind date.
Daphne takes Marty for new shoes but the store has closed down.
Sitting down to a cup of coffee, Fraiser is intrigued by Roz’s friend until Bull-dog (Fraiser's rowdy coworker) comes along and challenges her to a game of golf, leaving Fraiser sitting alone .
Bull-dog comes to the office and professes his love for Roz's friend. Fraiser is jealous but keeps it to himself.
Niles plans to take Fraiser plan to a fancy exclusive restaurant to cheer him up.
Bull-dog gets dumped by Roz’s friend and leaves in the middle of his sports show. Fraiser takes over while Bull-dog locks himself in the bathroom to cry.
Roz tries to get Bull-dog out of the bathroom by talking tough.
Realizing they might miss their dinner plans because Fraiser has to fill in for Bull-dog, Niles tries to get Bull-dog out of the bathroom, but to no avail.
Fraiser eventually takes the friendly approach and comforts Bull-dog.
