Our Mandate

TELi will encourage and showcase innovative collaborative projects that build on multidisciplinary and complementary strengths at Seneca and York. The institute has a mandate to promote research, development, practice, evaluation, and the dissemination of new modes of teaching and learning that capitalize on the use of advanced technologies. The goal is that all projects initiated or supported by TELi will be financially self-sustaining, after a reasonable start up period.
