The official hotel for the conference will be the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.

Hotel Features. Guests of The Fairmont Royal York are at no loss for exquisitely varied dining options, including EPIC, where classic European cuisine meets North American culinary innovation. Benihana Japanese Steakhouse prepares meals on hibachi style grills tableside, whereas Piper's Bar and Eatz provides informal dining and a vast range of beer choices. Private club atmosphere is achieved at the Library Bar where rich fabrics, wood paneling and book lined walls complete the bar's literary ambience. Delis, bakeries, a locally popular bar and snack shops complete this hotel's roster of eateries. Corporate guests may take advantage of the staffed business center that has three computer workstations equipped with high speed Internet access. The hotel also offers wireless Internet access in many public spaces, including flexible meeting spaces. An on site health club has a 15 meter indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, and fitness center. Concierge services are provided, and PATH, Toronto's network of shops and services, is located on the Avenue level beneath the lobby.

Guestrooms. This Canadian hotel offers 1,365 modern guestrooms in a historic 28 story building. Rooms feature premium bedding plus antique style furnishings and rich fabrics. All rooms offer lounge chairs and desks. Dial up Internet access is provided while high speed wired access is available in many rooms. Minibars hold complimentary milk and cream for coffee. The hotel also supplies glassware and ice buckets. Marble bathrooms include bathrobes and double shower curtains. Fax machines, microwave ovens and VCRs are available on request.

Expert Tip. EPIC restaurant boasts its own tea "sommelier" who offers expert advice regarding the teas of the world. Afternoon tea service is a cherished and longstanding tradition at The Fairmont Royal York.

Room Block.

Confirmed room rates are net non commissionable and are in Canadian Dollars. They are based on single or double occupancy. Triple occupancy is an additional $20.00CDN and quadruple is an additional $40.00CDN per room, per night to group rate.

Notice: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Guests are permitted to check-in earlier on a request basis through the Front Office Manager, and will be honored according to anticipated occupancy for that day based on availability. Complimentary checkroom facilities will be available for early arrivals and late checkouts
