Online Register NowRegistration InformationEach accepted paper must be accompanied by ONE registration. An author of multiple papers can use the same form. An author presenting a conference and workshop paper should pay both conference and workshop registration fees. For each accepted paper, at least ONE author must register by Aug. 22, 2010 to secure the paper in the cikm2010 Program and Proceedings. The regular rate is valid until one month prior to the conference. After that, onsite or late registration rate applies CIKM 2010 Conference, Workshops, and Tutorial Registration Rates at a Glance:

Tutorial registration includes tutorial notes and coffee breaks. Workshop registration includes electronic proceedings and refreshments for all breaks on workshop day(s) Member and Student Rates: To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of ACM, ACM SIGIR, ACM SIGWEB or SIGKDD. There are discounts for students and ACM/SIG student members. You will need a valid ACM/SIG ID to qualify for ACM member rates. A student will need a valid Full-time Student ID with current registration clearly marked or a letter from their department head certifying student status. Full payment must be made. Partial payments and purchase orders for future payment will not be accepted. If you pay by bank wire transfer, your registration will be regarded as incomplete until we have received full payment of your outstanding registration fees. Terms of CancellationRequests for registration cancellation must be made in writing to the following person: Professor Jimmy Huang All requests for refund will be processed and mailed after the CIKM 2010 Conference dates. Refund will be made in accordance with the following schedule: For cancellation made on or before August 31, 2010, 10% of the total registration fee will be forfeited. For cancellation made on or before September 24, 2010, 30% of the total registration fee will be forfeited. For cancellation made after September 24, 2010, no refund will be made. No refund for authors of accepted papers will be honored in any case. Partial Registration Fee RefundFor partial refund in registration fees resulting from registration changes (e.g., changing from student non-member to student member), a processing fee of CAD 30 will be charged. Please email requests for partial registration fee refunds to cikm10@yorku.ca and jhuang@yorku.ca All refunds will be processed following the CIKM 2010 Conference dates. Visa Support LetterPlease check the specific visa requirements for your country at the Canadian Immigration Department web site. Generally, visas are not required for visitors from most countries. The length of allowed visa-free stay in Canada varies from 14 days to 3 months. All visitors to Canada must have a valid travel document, endorsed where necessary for Canada. These should be valid for at least one month beyond your planned departure from Canada, and in the case of certain nationalities, at least six months.
