Group Members / Fraser Coombs

Fraser was born and raised in Markham, Ontario. He is currently pursuing an honours BSc in biochemistry at York University. Fraser has always wanted to use his passion for science to improve people’s lives, whether through medicine or other means. Joining the Hili lab is a step towards achieving this goal, where he will be starting with a project on epitranscriptomics. In the future, he plans to continue with research at the crossroads of biology and chemistry. In his free time, Fraser plays intramural sports, watches NBA basketball, and chats with friends.
