Consulting

Dr. Budworth's consulting practice is focused in three core areas: team process and team building, creating and assessing formal development programs, and coaching for negotiations. She is also a dynamic speaker who is often invited to give motivational talks, learning sessions, and workshops. She has spoken on a wide range of topics relevant to human resource management and organizational behaviour including: leadership, women in senior management roles, and power and persuasion.

As a consultant she has worked with a variety of organizations spanning private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
