Research Impact
This project has yielded scholarly articles, an upcoming conference
for scholars and practitioners, as well as numerous public speaking
engagements.
The research findings of the RWL-INE have already been disseminated
through a variety of outlets. They have been featured in op-ed articles
written for the Toronto Star and papers have been submitted to such
publications as the Canadian Labour and Law Journal, Relations Industrielles/Industrial
Relations and the Journal of Law and Social Policy. Project managers
have presented their findings at conferences as far away as Vienna,
Austria, Bellagio, Italy and Northumbria, England. Other workshops
and presentations have taken place at conferences organized by such
institutions as St. Mary’s University in Halifax, the Canadian
Political Science Association, Carleton University’s Institute
of Political Economy, and the Canadian Sociology and Anthropology
Association.
